A little about ourselves

The first chiropractic visit consists of an in depth analysis of your health history, life-style habits, and current problem; an orthopedic and neurological exam; and a muscle strength evaluation using  Applied Kinesiology protocols. When necessary, x-rays and other diagnostic tests will be requested.

Chiropractic: Our Unique Approach

At Mahaiwe Chiropractic and Health Services, we look beyond symptoms, taking an overall holistic perspective on the patient's lifestyle, diet, stress, exercise, and nutrition. Our goal is to help people feel better, and guide them towards taking control over the factors contributing to ill health. Our initial physical exam includes a detailed health history to discover all possible factors that may be influencing your current health.  We maintain good ongoing working relationships with other local doctors and health care professionals to ensure the best evaluation and care for our patients, consequently the history and exam may lead to referrals to other health care providers. We firmly believe that complementary, alternative medical approaches must work closely with traditional medicine to make sure the patients get the most complete care appropriate for their conditions.
